DMCA Takedown Policy

1. Policy Overview

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, Glister Gold will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedures below to submit a notification.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the page).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. A counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Glister Gold may be found.

5. Repeat Infringers

Glister Gold may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
